An exciting opportunity for a Systems Support/Process Analyst to join the Agriseeds team has arisen. You will be responsible for providing that crucial link between the software and systems deployed within Agriseeds and the operational users. This will be achieved by helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of our systems and providing application support to staff, ensuring that effective and efficient use of the systems and software is encouraged. Helping to drive process improvement initiatives and support the users to maximise opportunities, this role will also enable optimal services to be delivered to our customers.
To be successful in the role you will need a strong customer service ethic, be technologically savvy, and have a passion for systems based business improvement. A person with a keen eye for detail who is innovative and solution focussed is desirable. Ideally you will have an appropriate tertiary qualification in business systems or process management and any experience working with ERP software would be advantageous.
