Perennial ryegrass - rust resistance

Rust is a fungal disease that can appear on ryegrass mainly in summer. It affects pasture palatability.
There are significant differences between cultivars in their resistance to rust.
Bealey shows excellent rust resistance. Alto and Trojan have good resistance.
